How long will it take to clean my car?

Your first cleaning will take a maximum of 3 hours. If you select a monthly or quarterly package, your subsequent cleanings will be 1.5 hours max and 2.5 hours max, respectively.

What if the weather is bad?

The only time we can't clean your car is if it is below 20 degrees Fahrenheit and you don't have a garage.

Can I rotate my vehicles?

Sure! Please note, however, that a monthly clean's timeslot is limited to 1.5 hours, so we may not be able to take a car from trashed to tidy in that amount of time. If that's the case, you can add some additional time, please just let us know in advance!

Can you clean my car at my work?

100%! Just use that address in your booking form and we'll be there!

What if I’m not happy with the work you do for me?

Give us a call or send us a text at 5092553255 and we'll make it right.

Do I need to be at home when the team is done?

Nope! Just let us know how to access your car and we'll be there!

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

We understand that schedules can change. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours are assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total.

Can I set up repeat visits?

Yes please! We offer the best rates for folks that sign up for our recurring services.

How can I pay you?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How do you determine the cost of a cleaning service?

Cost is determined by the frequency of your cleaning. Size of vehicle is irrelevant.
